Do you deliver throughout the entire territory of Montenegro?

Yes, we deliver to all cities in Montenegro.

Which cards are accepted for payment?

You can make your payment with a card from any bank in the world, provided it is a VISA or Mastercard.

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery fee for all cities in Montenegro is €3.50. The selected arrangement is delivered by a courier service to the requested address.

Can I specify the delivery time?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. Delivery is guaranteed on the chosen day until 6 PM. If the courier does not find the recipient at the address, they will call the phone number you provide during the purchase to successfully deliver the arrangement.

Can I order flowers from abroad?

Of course, as long as the order is intended for delivery within the territory of Montenegro.

Can I order delivery for any day of the week?

Flowers are not delivered on Sundays and Mondays, and the system will not allow you to select dates for which we cannot guarantee delivery.

Will the sent arrangements be identical to those in the photos?

The products on Florini are described as accurately as possible. The photos are illustrative, and we will strive to meet high standards to ensure the arrangements are as similar as possible to the bouquets in the photos. You can find more information in the Terms of Use.

I don't have a payment card, can I pay otherwise?

Only card payments are accepted.
